II. Winning with Peak Performance (played through out your workout):
Designed to help you visualize a winning performance, and get your brainwaves into a peak performance “fitness state”.
III. Post-Workout Recovery:
This tone starts in Beta, and slowly transcends into a meditative state of Theta. It enables you to relax your mind, thereby enabling you to further relax your body and release tension or residual energy from your workout.
